Delivery outside this area requires an additional handling and shipping fee. We have a four step process for clients interested in a custom designed piece. One: Once you contact us, we provide a free consultation to discuss your concept, materials, cost and time frame. Two: If you decide to proceed, we provide a drawing, firm price and completion schedule. Depending on the complexity of the piece, we may need to charge a fee for this service. Three: When you place an order for a custom designed piece, we require a 50 percent downpayment. Four: We require payment of the balance on delivery for pieces delivered in the greater Tucson area, or in advance including shipping and handling fees for pieces delivered outside the greater Tucson area.
